Roger holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and has also been awarded the prestigious status of Chartered Financial Planner as well as Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Wealth Manager by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Regularly featured in the trade press, Roger was recognised by Citywire/New Model Adviser as one of the top 35 financial services professionals under 35 in both 2020 and 2022.
Outside the office, Roger has worked extensively in the charitable environment, serving as a Trustee and Chair for a local charity. He is also the treasurer for his local branch of First Responders and a past President of the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Kendal branch. Additionally, Roger holds a high-profile non-executive director role with the Chartered Insurance Institute, offering strategic insight into the profession for its 120,000 members.
